Blinds are grey not white. 4 stars due to good customer service with returns. However it is absolutely not whiteI love these blinds so much they are in almost every window of our house. I ordered some regular ones, and some "blackout". I like them better inside the window frame, so the blackout ones make the room way darker, but are not completely "black out", but they tell you that in the description. Make sure you measure correctly (they tell you that too) and they will go up like a dream. We installed ours in less than 15 min each and I would buy them again in a minute. They even arrived quicker than what the company indicated.
