Very comfortable and flexible as promised. I wish I had taken the smaller size as it is a tad large but the sizing chart told me m/l would be right for me.Sternum strap is actually lower than I would prefer but I will keep the backpack and try it out on a hike.None of the pockets on the shoulder and hip pads will fit a samsung galaxy 8.
